Bonus Terms and Conditions
Spin one of these

What these terms cover and which terms come first
These Bonus Terms and Conditions apply to every promotional offer we make available to your account with us, including deposit bonuses, no-deposit offers, free spins, cashback, tournaments, prize draws and loyalty rewards.
Each offer also carries its own specific terms, shown on the promotion itself, in the cashier or in the message that told you about it. Those specific terms deal with the points that change from offer to offer, such as the qualifying deposit, the wagering requirement, the eligible games and how long you have to use the bonus.
Where more than one set of rules applies to the same point, they take effect in this order:
- The specific terms published with the individual offer come first.
- These Bonus Terms and Conditions come next.
- Our general Terms and Conditions, together with the rules of the individual game you are playing, apply last.
By claiming or using a bonus you confirm that you accept the terms attached to it. If a term does not suit you, simply do not claim the offer; you can continue to play with your own cash funds instead.
Eligibility in short
We hold a gaming licence and we verify the identity of every account holder. Promotions are available only to players aged 18 or over who hold a single account opened in their own name.
Who can claim a bonus
Offers are made to an individual player and are personal to that player. Unless the terms of a particular offer say otherwise, you may claim it only if all of the following apply:
- You are 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
- Your account is registered in your own name, with accurate and current details, and you complete our identity and payment checks when we ask.
- The payment method you use for a qualifying deposit belongs to you, and it is not one of the methods excluded from promotions as shown in the cashier.
- You have opted in, entered any promotional code or clicked to accept the offer before making the qualifying deposit, where the offer requires it.
- You have not already claimed the same offer, and no one else at your address, household, workplace, network connection or device has claimed it.
- You do not have an active time-out, self-exclusion or account closure with us, and you are not registered with a self-exclusion scheme that covers us.
- Your account is not restricted, suspended or under an open check.
Some offers are targeted, which means we make them available only to selected accounts. Targeted offers cannot be transferred, sold or shared, and an offer shown to another player does not entitle you to the same terms. We may also remove an offer from your account where you have asked us to stop sending you marketing, or where granting it would conflict with the safer gambling tools you have set.
How bonus funds and wagering work
Bonus funds and cash funds are held separately in your balance. The table below explains the terms we use on this page, in the cashier and in the terms of each offer.
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| Cash funds | Money you have deposited, or winnings that have converted from bonus funds. You can ask to withdraw cash funds at any time, subject to our usual checks. |
| Bonus funds | Promotional credit we add to your account. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement attached to them has been met in full. |
| Wagering requirement | The total value of qualifying bets you need to place before bonus funds, and winnings from them, become cash funds. It is expressed as a multiple of the bonus, the qualifying deposit, or both, in the terms of the offer. |
| Maximum bet | The highest stake you may place on a single spin, hand or round while a wagering requirement is open. The figure is stated in the terms of the offer. |
| Maximum conversion | Where a cap applies, the most that winnings from a bonus can convert into cash funds. Anything above the cap is removed when wagering completes. |
| Free spins | Spins on a named game at a stake we set. Winnings are normally credited as bonus funds and carry their own wagering requirement. |
| Forfeiting | Cancelling a bonus and giving up the bonus funds and any winnings from them, leaving your cash balance in place. |
Game contribution
Games contribute to wagering at different rates, and some games do not contribute at all. The contribution rates and the list of excluded games are shown with each offer and in the cashier, and they may differ between offers. Bets placed on an excluded game while a wagering requirement is open do not count towards it, and we may treat them as a breach of the terms of the offer.
Order of play and tracking your progress
Unless the terms of an offer state otherwise, bets are taken from your cash funds first and from your bonus funds once cash funds are used up. You can see how much wagering remains, and the balance of each type of funds, in your account at any time. Only bets settled on games that contribute count towards the requirement; a cancelled, voided or refunded bet does not.
Bet limits, restricted play and fair use
Staying within the maximum bet
While a wagering requirement is open you must keep each stake at or below the maximum bet stated in the terms of the offer. Where a game lets you buy a feature, buy free spins or place a side bet, the cost of that purchase counts as a single stake for this purpose.
Play we do not allow with a bonus
- Placing bets above the maximum bet, or on games excluded from the offer, while wagering is open.
- Low-risk or hedged play that covers most possible outcomes of a game round in order to clear wagering with little exposure.
- Using more than one account, or acting together with other players, to claim the same offer more than once.
- Giving false registration or payment details, or using a payment method that is not your own.
- Using software, automated play or a known fault in a game to influence the outcome or the wagering count.
What happens if the terms are not met
Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the terms of an offer have been broken, we may withhold the bonus funds and any winnings from them, close the bonus, limit your access to future promotions or, in serious cases, restrict the account while we look into the matter. We will tell you what we have decided and why, and your own deposited cash funds remain yours to withdraw, subject to our usual identity and payment checks.
Expiry, forfeiting and withdrawals
- Time to claim. Each offer is available for the period stated in the promotion. An unclaimed offer ends when that period closes.
- Time to use. Bonus funds and free spins expire after the period shown in the terms of the offer, counted from the moment they are credited. Anything unused at that point, including winnings still subject to wagering, is removed from your balance.
- Forfeiting. You can cancel a bonus at any time while wagering is open, either in your account or by asking our support team. Forfeiting removes the bonus funds and any winnings from them; your cash funds are not affected.
- Withdrawing early. Asking to withdraw while a wagering requirement is open is treated as forfeiting the bonus, unless the terms of the offer say otherwise.
- Completing wagering. Once the requirement is met, bonus funds and eligible winnings convert to cash funds, subject to any maximum conversion. You can then request a withdrawal in the cashier, using the limits and methods shown there.
We may change, suspend or end a promotion, and amend these Bonus Terms and Conditions, where we need to do so for legal, regulatory, security or operational reasons. Changes are not applied retrospectively to a bonus you are already wagering, except where we are required to act sooner. Where an offer is displayed with an obvious error, we may correct it and adjust the credit given in error.
Safer gambling and getting in touch
A bonus should never be a reason to spend more than you planned. Our safer gambling tools work alongside promotions, and the settings you choose always take priority over an offer:
- Deposit, loss and spend limits, which you can set within the limits shown in your account.
- Session reminders and a short time-out when you want a break.
- Self-exclusion with us for a longer period, and registration with GamStop to self-exclude across licensed online operators in Great Britain.
- Turning off promotional messages, which stops targeted offers reaching you.
Free, confidential support
If gambling is becoming a problem for you or someone close to you, help is available from GamCare, GambleAware and the National Gambling Helpline. Our support team can also talk you through the tools on your account.
If a point on this page is unclear, or you think a bonus has been applied to your account incorrectly, contact us through the live chat on the site or by e-mail at support@casinotemplenile.co.uk. Please include the name of the offer and the date you claimed it so we can look into it quickly. If you are not satisfied with our answer, our Complaints Policy explains the next steps open to you.
