Temple Nile Casino Games: Slots, Live Tables and Jackpots

Our library runs to around 1,500 games from more than 70 studios, from penny-stake slots to live blackjack dealt in real time. Here is what sits in each part of it, how to find the game you want at the stake you want, and which titles count towards wagering.

What sits in the library, and how it is sorted

Temple Nile Casino holds around 1,500 games, built by more than 70 studios including Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Push Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Quickspin, Red Tiger Gaming and Relax Gaming. Everything runs in your browser in instant-play format, so there is nothing to download before you spin.

The lobby is split into categories rather than one long list, so you can go straight to the kind of game you came for. The spread covers slots, live casino, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, video poker, jackpot games, bingo, keno, crash games, scratchcards and virtual sports.

One thing to know before you look for it: we are a casino and nothing else. There is no sports betting section, no dedicated poker room and no eSports betting, so everything described on this page is casino play.

Slots: the headline titles and the classics behind them

Slots make up the bulk of the library, and the front of the lobby leans on the big modern releases. Featured titles include Gates of Olympus Super Scatter, Sweet Bonanza 1000, Moon Princess 100, Big Bass Splash 1000 and Gates of Olympus 1000, alongside Zeus vs Hades Gods of War 250, Fire in the Hole 3 and Rise of Olympus 100.

Play your way, every day

Behind them sits the usual run of player favourites: Gates of Olympus, Sugar Rush, Sweet Bonanza and Bigger Bass Bonanza from Pragmatic Play, Wanted Dead or a Wild from Hacksaw Gaming, Tombstone RIP and Book of Shadows from Nolimit City, and Chicky Run from PG Soft. If you prefer the older generation of slots, Starburst, Thunderstruck II, Immortal Romance, Tomb Raider, Avalon, Book of Dead, Gonzo's Quest, Bonanza and Coins of Egypt are all here too.

  • New Games collects the latest arrivals, so you can see what has just landed without scrolling the whole lobby.
  • Popular Games tracks what players are spinning most at the moment.
  • Big Bass and Drops and Wins group whole series together in one place.
  • Branded and TV-style titles such as Game of Thrones, Jimi Hendrix, Deal or No Deal and Who Wants to be a Millionaire sit in the main slots list.

Live tables and game shows, dealt in real time

Our live casino is powered by NetEnt and Evolution Gaming, and it streams real dealers from real tables rather than running on software outcomes. You get live blackjack, live roulette, live baccarat, live poker, live bingo and live dice games, plus Dragon Tiger and Sic Bo.

Variants on offer include Immersive Roulette, Automatic Roulette, Common Draw Blackjack, Live Baccarat and Live Three Card Poker. If you would rather play something closer to a TV format, the game shows cover Monopoly and Dream Catcher, where a host spins a wheel and the whole table bets on the result together.

Live tables run to the dealer's clock

Live games deal to a fixed betting window, so you place your stake before the timer ends. If you want to set your own pace, the computer-dealt table games in the next section wait for you.

Roulette, blackjack and baccarat at your own pace

Alongside the live floor there is a full set of software table games you play alone, with no timer and no other players at the table. Roulette comes in European, French and American versions, which matters: European and French wheels carry a single zero, while the American wheel adds a double zero.

Blackjack runs from Classic Blackjack Gold through to Blackjack Players Choice, and baccarat is split into Baccarat Pro - High and Baccarat Pro - Low so you can match the table to your budget. Video poker and a handful of poker variants round the section out.

These tables are a good place to practise a strategy at a low stake, because nothing moves until you act. Keep in mind that the house edge is built into every table game - no sequence of hands or spins is owed to you, and a session can go either way.

Jackpot games and the win limits that apply

Progressive jackpot slots sit in their own category, with the combined jackpot total shown live on the site so you can see what is currently in the pots. A progressive builds from a slice of every qualifying stake across the network, which is why the figure moves while you watch it.

Slots, jackpots and live tables

There is no cap on a progressive jackpot win - if the pot drops to you, it pays in full. On ordinary games a maximum win of £250,000 per spin applies, and the general terms set out the maximum payout limits that cover the services overall.

Jackpot games don't move a wagering requirement

Progressive jackpot titles contribute 0% towards bonus wagering. If you have an active bonus balance, play them with cash rather than bonus funds.

Finding a game at your stake, by minimum bet, maximum bet or RTP

Rather than opening titles one by one to see what they cost, you can filter the library by minimum bet, maximum bet and RTP. That makes it quick to build a shortlist that fits the way you play, whether you want long sessions at a few pence a spin or a short run at a higher stake.

Decide your session budget first

Pick the figure you are happy to spend, then work backwards to a stake. A £20 budget stretches much further at 20p a spin than at £2.

Filter by minimum and maximum bet

Set the range so every game that appears already fits your stake. It saves opening a title only to find its lowest bet is above what you wanted.

Sort by RTP if it matters to you

RTP is the theoretical return a slot pays back over an enormous number of spins. It says nothing about your next session, but over the long run a higher figure is the better side of the maths.

Try the demo where it's offered

Playing a title before you stake real money shows you how often the features land and how the volatility feels.

Volatility is the other half of the picture. A low-volatility slot pays small amounts often; a high-volatility one goes quiet for long stretches and then pays in larger jumps. Neither is better - they just need different bankrolls.

Which games count towards wagering, and by how much

If you are playing with bonus funds, the game you choose decides how fast the wagering target comes down. Contribution is counted on your total stake on eligible games, and the split is simple enough to memorise.

Game typeContribution
Slots (standard)100%
Scratchcards and keno100%
A named group of slots, including Dead or Alive, Blood Suckers, Blood Suckers II and Book of Dead20%
Table games0%
Video poker0%
Progressive jackpot games0%

Worked through, it looks like this. Say your wagering target is £1,000. On a standard slot, £1,000 of stakes clears it. On one of the 20% titles - Dead or Alive, for example - the same £1,000 of stakes only counts as £200, so you would need £5,000 of stakes to finish. Table games and video poker move the target not at all.

Two stake rules go with it. While bonus wagering is in progress the maximum bet on any game is £5, and a single bet worth more than 20% of the bonus credited counts as irregular play unless that bet is under £5 - so on a £200 bonus, the ceiling from that rule is £40. Bets that cancel each other out, such as backing both Black and Red on roulette or covering more than 25 of the 37 numbers, do not count towards wagering either.

Fair outcomes, and keeping your play where you want it

Every game here runs on a random number generator, and the games are regularly tested and monitored for fairness and randomness. Your connection to the site is secured with SSL encryption. We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 52894, and play is for over-18s only.

Because outcomes are random, no slot is ever due and no table is ever warm. Treat the money you put in as the cost of the entertainment, and set the controls before you start rather than after a long session.

Deposit limits can be set daily (24 hours), weekly (7 days) or monthly (28 days). A reduction applies straight away; an increase takes 24 hours and must be confirmed through an emailed link.
Session duration limits log you out automatically once your chosen time is up.
The reality check timer shows how long you have been playing and your net result for the session, and you can switch it on from the homepage or the Responsible Gambling part of your account.
A time-out runs from 24 hours up to 6 weeks, with a 24-hour cool-off before it can be undone.
Self-exclusion is available for a period you choose or indefinitely; the default is six months, and ending an indefinite self-exclusion takes effect after a seven-day waiting period.

Our live chat team is on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with email support as well, in English, Finnish, German, Norwegian and French. We also link to gambling support organisations, including Gambling Therapy, if you want to talk to someone outside the casino.
