Terms & Conditions
Spin one of these

These terms and how they may change
These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between you and Temple Nile Casino. By opening an account, depositing funds, claiming an offer or placing a stake, you confirm that you have read these terms, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms do not stand alone. They should be read together with the other documents that govern your account.
- Our privacy and cookie policies explain how we handle your personal data and the choices you have.
- The specific terms attached to any bonus, free spins or promotion set out how that individual offer works.
- The rules, paytables and return-to-player information published within each game apply to play on that game.
- The payment information, processing times and limits shown in the cashier apply to your deposits and withdrawals.
Where a bonus term or a game rule deals with a point in more detail than these terms, that more detailed wording applies to that offer or that game.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in regulatory requirements, changes to our products or payment methods, or improvements to security. The current version is always published on this page together with the date from which it applies. Where a change is significant and affects your rights, we will give you reasonable notice by e-mail or by a message in your account before it takes effect. If you continue to use your account after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you would rather not accept them, you may ask to withdraw your available balance, subject to any outstanding checks, and close your account.
Eligibility, your account and verification
An account with us is personal to you. When you register, and for as long as your account remains open, you confirm each of the following.
- You are 18 or over and old enough to gamble lawfully where you live.
- You are resident in the United Kingdom and are opening the account for yourself, in your own name, and not on behalf of anyone else.
- The details you give us - name, date of birth, address, e-mail and payment details - are accurate, complete and kept up to date.
- You hold one account only, and duplicate accounts opened by the same person or household may be closed.
- You are not currently self-excluded from our site or through a national self-exclusion scheme.
- The money you deposit is your own and comes from a lawful source.
- You are playing for your own entertainment and not as part of a business or syndicate.
Keeping your login details safe
You are responsible for keeping your username, password and any security codes confidential, and for every transaction made on your account while those details are used. Do not let anyone else use your account, and in particular do not allow access to anyone under 18. If you think someone else knows your details, change your password and tell us straight away through live chat or at support@casinotemplenile.co.uk so that we can protect the account.
Verification checks
We hold a gaming licence and are required to verify the people who play with us. Before your first withdrawal, and at other times where the law or our own checks require it, we will ask you to confirm your identity, your age and your address. We may also ask about the source of the funds you are depositing. Checks are usually carried out electronically; where that is not possible, we will ask you to upload documents.
Until a check is complete, we may restrict deposits, play or withdrawals on your account. We will only ask for what we reasonably need, we will tell you clearly what is outstanding, and we will handle your documents in line with our privacy policy.
If a check cannot be completed
Where we cannot verify your age or identity, we must close the account. Any deposits you have made, less stakes already played, will be returned to you; winnings from play by an underage customer are void.
Deposits, withdrawals and your balance
You may only deposit using a payment method held in your own name. The methods available to you, together with any minimum and maximum amounts and the expected processing times, are shown in the cashier when you are logged in. Funds in your account are held for play and are not a deposit with a bank; no interest is paid on them.
Where possible, we return withdrawals to the same method you used to deposit. If that method cannot receive payments, we will ask you for an alternative in your own name, and we may ask for extra confirmation before we release the funds.
| Stage | What to expect |
|---|---|
| Request | You ask for a withdrawal in the cashier, within the limits shown there. |
| Pending period | The request stays pending for a short time, during which you may cancel it and return the funds to your balance. |
| Checks | We complete any outstanding identity, age, address or source-of-funds checks, and confirm there are no open bonus requirements. |
| Payment | Funds are sent to your chosen method. The time they take to arrive depends on the provider rather than on us. |
We may withhold or recover a payment where an account has been used in breach of these terms, where a deposit is charged back or reversed, or where a stake or payout has been credited in error because of a technical fault. We do not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; your own bank or payment provider may apply its own charges or currency conversion.
Bonuses and promotions
Bonuses are optional. You can play with your own funds at any time, and you may decline an offer or cancel an active bonus from your account, in which case any bonus funds and winnings attached to them are removed and your cash balance remains.
Every offer carries its own terms, which are published with the offer and apply in addition to these terms. Those terms will normally set out the points below.
- Who is eligible for the offer, and any qualifying deposit or opt-in needed to claim it.
- The wagering requirement that must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- The maximum stake you are allowed to place while a wagering requirement is open.
- How much play on different games contributes towards that wagering requirement.
- Any cap on the winnings you can keep from free spins or no-deposit credit.
- The expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any attached winnings are removed.
Fair use of offers
Offers are intended for ordinary play by individual customers. We may withdraw an offer, void a bonus and any winnings from it, or restrict an account where there is evidence of abuse - for example multiple or linked accounts claiming the same promotion, staking patterns designed only to clear wagering with little risk, exceeding the maximum stake while a bonus is active, or supplying false details to qualify. Where this happens we will explain our decision and leave your own deposited funds untouched.
Safer gambling, and closing or suspending an account
Gambling should stay affordable and enjoyable. Tools to help you stay in control are available in your account settings and can be set at any time, including deposit limits, loss and stake limits, session reminders, a short time-out, and self-exclusion for a longer fixed period. Tightening a limit takes effect immediately; relaxing or removing one takes effect only after a cooling-off period.
Once a self-exclusion is in place we will close your account to play, return any withdrawable balance and stop sending you marketing. Self-exclusion cannot be lifted early. You can also self-exclude from all licensed online operators in Great Britain through GamStop. Free, confidential advice and support are available from GamCare, GambleAware and the National Gambling Helpline.
18+ only
Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over. Please keep your login details away from anyone under 18, and never gamble money you cannot afford to lose.
Closing or suspending an account
You may close your account at any time by asking us through live chat or at support@casinotemplenile.co.uk. We will pay out any withdrawable balance once outstanding checks are complete. We may suspend or close an account where it has been inactive for a long period, where we are required to do so by law or by our regulatory obligations, where we suspect fraud, money laundering or collusion, or where these terms have been broken. Where an account is suspended we will tell you, and we will release any funds that are rightfully yours as soon as we are able to.
Complaints, liability and governing law
If something goes wrong
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please tell us first. Write to support@casinotemplenile.co.uk or use the live chat on the site, giving your account username, the date and time of the issue and any transaction or game reference. We will acknowledge your complaint, look into it properly and reply within a reasonable time, keeping you informed if it takes longer.
If we cannot resolve matters between us, you may refer the dispute to an independent dispute resolution service free of charge. We will give you the details of that service, and the outcome of its decision is binding on us. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights or your ability to take the matter further.
Our responsibility to you
We take reasonable care to keep the site secure and available, but we cannot promise that it will be free of interruption. We are not responsible for faults in your own device, software or internet connection, or for events outside our reasonable control. Where a game, payment or balance is affected by a technical malfunction, affected plays and any resulting payouts are void and we will put your account back into the position it should have been in. We are liable to you for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, and nothing here limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of them is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms are written in English, and the English version prevails over any translation.
